| boolab was invited by Vinizius Young & Rubicam to animate a short film based on the story “Basuria”, winner of the second edition of the “Los Profes Cuentan” contest, organized by the blog Amarillo, verde y azul. The blog is part of the campaign “Recicla Envases”, from the waste recycling ONG Ecoembes (Spain). The contest chose the most voted among the top ten short stories selected and edited in the book “La Otra Mitad del Medio Ambiente”, to be produced as a short film. All stories were written by high school teachers from Spain and illustrated by the students. The agency wrote the script based on “Basuria” and I had the pleasure of designing the characters and directing the short film. |
